★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 県立博物館裏の四十四田公園はほどよい散策路があり、博物館横の南部曲がり家の後ろから坂を登り、公園へ下ります。ダムが見渡せる広場は、春は桜の名所?通常であれば、お弁当を広げてお花見が出来ますが、今はコロナで不可。
盛岡北高校生はこのダムを越えるのが近道らしく、今は道が出来ていますが、松園が出来立ての頃は、薮を自転車でかき分けて通った強者が何人もいたとか。彼らのおかげでこの道が整理されたかもしれませんね！この道はずっと高松の池から続いていて、途中大きな道路を横断したりしますが、盛岡を散歩で回る(散歩にしてはハード)ことが出来ます。夕陽のスポットでもあります。駐車場は博物館に停めるか、松園地蔵前の駐車場又は四十四田ダムの駐車場(ダム管理事務所側と橋を挟んだ反対側)があります。
Shijushida Park behind the Prefectural Museum has a moderate walking path, and you can climb the slope from behind the southern bender next to the museum and descend to the park. The open space overlooking the dam is a famous place for cherry blossoms in the spring ? Normally, you can open your lunch box and see the cherry blossoms, but now it is not possible in Corona.
Morioka Kita High School students seem to have a shortcut to cross this dam, and now there is a road, but when Matsuzono was just built, there were many strong men who ran through the bushes by bicycle. Thanks to them, this road may have been organized! This road continues from Takamatsu Pond and crosses a large road on the way, but you can take a walk around Morioka (hard for a walk). It is also a spot for the setting sun. The parking lot can be parked at the museum, or there is a parking lot in front of Matsuzono Jizo or a parking lot at Shijushida Dam (on the opposite side of the bridge from the dam management office side).

お天気が良ければ、岩手山や八幡平が望めます。
It is a dam park in the suburbs of Morioka City, and there are many walking paths, so it is a good distance for refreshing and light walking.
If the weather is nice, you can see Mt. Iwate and Hachimantai.

A hill where Mt. Iwate looks beautiful. Yoshino cherry trees are in full bloom in spring. There are many wild birds such as black kites, buzzards, great cormorants, and great spotted woodpeckers.
