★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車検の見積りをとり予約させていただきましたが、状況が変わりキャンセルの電話をさせていただきました。その際に受付の男性から「もう部品を注文したので買い取って下さい」と言われました。部品がないのはお店の都合ですし、一切そのような説明はなかったので驚きました。結局買い取らなくて良かったのですが、安易に予約するのは危険だと思いました。受付の女性は親切で良い対応でしたので星一つにさせていただきます。
I made an estimate for the vehicle inspection and made a reservation, but the situation changed and I called to cancel. At that time, the man at the reception said, "I have already ordered the parts, so please buy them." It was a convenience of the shop that there were no parts, and I was surprised because there was no such explanation. I'm glad I didn't buy it after all, but I thought it was dangerous to make a reservation easily. The lady at the reception was kind and nice, so I will give it one star.
