車検関連の予約・見積りの件で行った。明らかに(検査上)余力のあるバッテリーの交換を勧めたり、見積り価格のミスあり。トヨタ大丈夫? 店員個人の問題?社員教育の問題? 金額も大きいのでしっかりしてほしいなー

新潟本社の隣での営業なのにお客様との約束事を蔑ろにする。 そういう営業体制は本社指示のものなのか? 普通であれば担当の事務処理は経理に任せると思うが確認は担当が行いお客様へ連絡を行い不備がないかお客様へ聞くことが仕事だと思うが何もされていないと言うことは客をバカにしているとしか考えられない。
