★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度か伝えていた内容が伝わっておらず、社員同士の引継ぎや連絡が不十分と感じる点が多々あり、少々残念に思いました。ただ、受付の方や整備士の方の対応は丁寧でとても良いと思いますし、特に今回ご担当頂いた整備士の方は、親身になってお話してくださったのでとてもありがたかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフの説明不足、連携が全く取れておらず、車検・整備をそれぞれ別の日に分けて行いました。サービスの方、?マークをつけており、経験が浅いのはわかりますが、車検・整備が当日終わるのか、次の日までかかるのかも理解しておらず、間違った情報を伝える、見積もりした内容を次の担当者に引き継ぎしていない、見積もり時に入金すれば部品の取り寄せができ、1日で車検を終わらせられるという説明もしない。説明を忘れたのか、そもそもその情報すら把握していなかったのかわかりませんが、いずれにせよサービス担当として失格だと思います。担当してくれた整備士の方にも迷惑です。
代車に関してもその都度いらないと伝えても、別の担当者に代わると情報が伝わっておらず、代車をご用意しましたと言われる始末です。報連相もできないんですか？
1日目サービスの方にクレームとして伝えましたが、2回目に行った際、さらりと一言謝られる程度で謝罪の気持ちも伝わりません。
ネット等で評判がよく初めて利用させていただきましたが、非常に残念な気持ちでいっぱいです。
