お好み焼きはふわっと仕上げられています
キャベツはかなり細く切られているので火がよく通っており、麺はもちもちです
お品書きに書いてある通り、出汁を用いて優しい味付けを主体としているので、麺にもソースで味付けはされておらず食べる際に自分で好みの味に変えられます
いつも食べるお好み焼きはがっつり濃い目の味付けが多いですが、このような柔の味わいも良きです

お店が出来て直後は、お店の情報が無くて探しきれませんでした。
今は、Googleマップに出ているので、お店に電話をしておいて食べに伺いました‼️
お好み焼きは、素材を生かした、あっさりした味なので食べやすかったです。
職場と近いので、また伺います。

Right now, it's on Google Maps, so I called the store and went to eat! ️
Okonomiyaki was easy to eat because it had a light taste that made the best use of the ingredients.
