な	なかじたろう on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 飲食の派遣で一度入ったことがありますが最悪でした。とにかく、事前の内容と全然違うのが衝撃的でした。後で報告しても反省の色がなく(内勤の方々なのか営業の方々なのかは知りませんが)、どうでもいいから人を充てるだけの仕事をされてるのかというイメージです。また、登録スタッフが40代後半から50代が多いのか些細なコトでマウンティングが始まる始末。(そして上を取った人間は大抵サボるor面倒なのを押し付ける) あと雇用保険分を給与から抜くのに、源泉徴収票には払った痕跡がありませんでした。数年前も何処かの派遣会社で似たような事案ありましたが…コレが業界的には平常運転なのでしょうか？総じて最低です、お薦めしません。 I went there once by dispatch of food and drink, but it was the worst. ま	まる on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段あまりレビューを書かないですが、大変お世話になったので、こちらに記載させていただきます。会社員を辞め、精神的に社会復帰をするのが少し怖くなってしまっていましたが、こちらで担当してくださった方が気さくで、心配性な自分を気遣ってくれ、職場で何かあったら言ってくださいね、と相談などにものってくださいました。実際職場に直接言いづらいことを、担当の方が聞いてくれ、職場に伝えたりしてくださいました。こちらを通して1年ほど同じところで働いていましたが、コロナの影響で飲食が厳しい中、派遣から直接雇用になりました。ほんの一例ですが、私はこちらを通してアルバイトが出来て、担当の方とも、今の勤務先とも出会えて良かったと思います。今でも登録自体はしているので、たまに話しますが、Iさんには本当感謝しています。追記ですが、他のお仕事ご紹介してくださった方も、まめで丁寧でした。 I don't usually write a lot of reviews, but I'm grateful for your help, so I'll write it here.
