E	E S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2020/2/14 フリーランスの登録で面談。事前の電話面談で単価の最低ライン、希望単価を伝え、カウンセラーからは「ではその単価の範囲での案件探しますね！！」と回答をもらえていたので期待していた。しかし、面談では「その言語でその単価はでませんねー」と言われ、無駄な時間、交通費をかけられ憤怒しそうになったが最後まで我慢。 ※他のエージェントさんにはその単価帯の案件を提案して頂けています帰宅後、サイトから退会手続き実行。電話面談～面談まで同じ人物で、新人のようだったが教育はどのように行っているのか、また面談は会議スペースでは無く、ロビーで行われ、個人情報保護の観点でも会社として如何なものかと感じた。私のスキルシートや個人情報が悪用されない事を祈ります。 2020/2/15 追記フリーランス登録した際のメールアドレスへ詐欺といえる迷惑メールが何通も送られてくるようになりました。最悪です。 February 14, 2020 Interview with freelance registration. う	うえのゆうや on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの会社のエージェントサービスを使いました。特定の会社をゴリ押しされ、かなりいい話も聞かされたため入社を決意したのですが、蓋を開けてみると聞いていた話と違うことが幾つかありました。・査定評価タイミング →翌年査定あると言われていたのに入社タイミングでは翌年の査定無し・派遣先チームアサイン →派遣先へは基本的にチームアサインと聞いていたのにチームアサイン案件はなし・定量的でしっかりとした評価基準がある →定性的で掴みどころのない評価基準という感じです。 (上記口頭ベースの為、証拠は薄いですが、当時のコンサルタントは非を認めていてそのメールは残ってます) 人の人生を左右する転職に際し割と適当に売りたい企業に売られたなという印象です。ここを使う人はよく考えて自分の判断もしっかりと持ち合わせた上で使う方が良さそうです。 I used the agent service of this company.
