T	Tim Sullivan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A little pricey, but offers some of the best panoramic views of the greater Tokyo area - and on a clear day, you can even catch the top of Mt. Fuji! It’s very windy, so bring at least one ¥100 coin and expect to store all your belongings (bag, beanie, etc.) in one of the (refundable) coin lockers.

On floor 12-14 (not sure), there are plenty of restaurants which is opened till late around 23:00PM and you can enjoy amazing top view of Shibuya. For the observation deck is open till 23:00PM but the entry is before 22:00PM, there also the weather report on the bottom floor before entrance. There also variety of brand name shop and shopping area on the lower floor.

S	Stefan D on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very busy place indeed! But, a fun place all the same. Often try to get a seat at Starbucks in the Tsutaya book store! Usually too busy to get a seat, but.. if you can.. A very positive and vibrant experience.
