★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 渋谷駅周辺の再開発が進んでいますが、2019年11月に渋谷スクランブルスクエアが開業しています。2027年度には西棟と中央塔も開業予定で現在営業中の東急百貨店東横店を解体したあとにその跡地に建設される予定です。
今回開業した東棟は地下3階地上46階。商業施設はB2から14Fまでで、おなじみの東急ハンズから世界的なハイブランドまで多様なショップが入っています。また、45階から地上229ｍの屋上には「渋谷スカイ」と名付けられた展望施設が設置されています。
ここまではよくニュースに取り上げられて知られていますが、もうひとつ観光的穴場があります。12階には大きなガラス窓を持つイベントスペースScene12です。ここからの眺めも素晴らしく、渋谷スクランブルスクエアなどを眺めることができます。
 Although redevelopment around Shibuya Station is progressing, Shibuya Scramble Square opened in November 2019. The west and central towers will also be open in 2027, and will be constructed on the site of the former Tokyu Department Store Toyoko, which is currently open.
The east wing, which opened this time, is 3 floors below ground and 46 floors above ground. The commercial facilities are from B2 to 14F, and there are various shops from familiar Tokyu Hands to world-class high brands. In addition, an observation facility named "Shibuya Sky" is installed on the rooftop 229m above the 45th floor.
It is well known in the news so far, but there is another tourist spot. On the 12th floor is the event space Scene12 with large glass windows. The view from here is wonderful, and you can see Shibuya Scramble Square etc.
