★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This mall in Shibuya connects to Shibuya station. On the 11th floor is an observatory where you can see a bit of the Shibuya crossing. There is a nearby cafe where you can buy a drink and chill while looking out at the city. There are also a bunch of food options, but be aware that they will charge a seating fee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is coin locker storage on B3 near the bathrooms in ShinQ’s Food. It was relatively empty and we were able to grab two large lockers (¥500 each). We had trouble locking our first locker, so be careful with the key and try to pull out even if the key doesn’t turn. Customer service was helpful when we called and there was a person who spoke English.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many others have said, the shopping here can be quite expensive - however! If you're a mall wanderer, or just need a break from the heat outside, this place is great. There's cool bathrooms on many floors, one has a "deodorizing air shower" that my group didn't try, but it'd definitely be an interesting experience!
There's many seating areas close to the washrooms on various floors. Also on the 11th floor is a convenience store (Lawson's, but PSA that I didn't find any Salmon Onigiri), and you can see Shibuya crossing from up here. Photos may be difficult because the outer glass is quite dirty, but it's a fun viewing experience.
On the basement floors, there's two gelato places I believe. We hunted for Tofu ice cream, which this one had, though my group mates commented that it wasn't as similar as the specialty tofu ice cream they tried while in Kyoto.
