★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 総合福祉資金の事を自分の親(高齢者)が問い合わせた時の女性職員の対応があからさまにやる気が無い対応だったと聞いてスマホに録音(全ての通話、会話が保存される仕様)された会話内容を聞いた所、実際にその通りで相手をわざと不快にわさせるような口調で、問い合わせに対する回答も実際は本人でなくとも大丈夫な事柄を「本人でないとダメだ」と誤った回答をしていました。問い合わせた際に疑問符の付く様な内容、対応だった場合は別の職員や別の部署(今回の場合だと厚労省)などに問い合わせする事を強くお勧め致します。
