There’s free space with WiFi on the ground floor and event space is also available.
Public Hall is still under construction on May 2019. Parking is also available

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Considering the amount of paperwork the staff needs to handle and the long-winded processes they go through, they are incredibly good spirited, nice (not just polite), service minded and professional. I’ve been there a few times now to different departments and they are all equally awesome. If they don’t speak English themselves they will provide a translator by video on an iPad.

There is 7-11 at the same building.

Insurance, Kids school, Documents etc...
I can't speak any Japanese but they speak English or they provide a live person on the IPad screen to explain.
Also the new facility is very nice.
