★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 狭い店です椅子が12個、ハエがぶんぶん飛んでいる、入店しても挨拶なし、これが老舗だったらおかしい、スープもむかしの屋台ラーメンでした。

スープはシンプルながらも、深みがある感じ。どんな食材で出汁を取っているのでしょう。考えてもわかりませんでした。
チャーシューは少し厚めに切られていて、ジューシーで美味しかったです。
あん団子もすごく美味しそうだったので、今度食べてみたい。

そばのお手本のようなうまさ。魚系の出汁に、鳥や豚？などの動物系統の出汁。動物のほうがやや強いか。まろやかでふんわりしたコクがうまい。卓上の酢やコショーとの相性も抜群級。
麺も低加水気味な感じで食べ応えしっかり。
トータルバランスは高すぎる。麺量もまあまあ。
非常に綺麗な店。おにぎりの持ち帰りだけのお客さんなどもたくさんいた。
