似たようなネジでいいので付けてもらえませんか？→出来ません。
では取り寄せてもらえませんか？→出来ません。1本無くても取れないですよ（！）
もう一度よく探してもらえませんか？→ありました。
単なる締め忘れだったのに、絶対に非を認めない感じや対応の悪さ…良い人そうだったのに残念でした。
When I asked for the watch battery to be replaced (1500 yen), it came back without a screw to fasten the cover.
Can you attach a similar screw as it is okay? → I can't.
Can you order it? → I can't. You can't get it without one (!)
Could you look for it again? → There was.
Even though I just forgot to tighten it, I felt that I would never admit it and the poor response ... I was disappointed that he seemed to be a good person.
