新規契約&スマホ購入する人でクレカ持ってないない人は気をつけて、スマホはクレカじゃないと購入できないから。私は新規契約中に結構時間が経ってからクレカがないとスマホが買えないと言われ(新規契約のみなら銀行引き落としでOKです)、その場で楽天カード申し込みができると聞いて仕方なく楽天カードを作りました。が、結局カード会社からクレカが送られて来ないと購入できないし契約も先に進めないとカード作った後に言われ、また予約取り直して契約一からやり直しするように言われました。店頭でスマホ購入をクレカでしかできないなら、店頭予約時に言って欲しかった。ネットでもしっかり表記しといて欲しかった。知ってたら先にカード作っといたのにね。無駄足&無駄な時間にがっかりでした。接客態度は悪くありませんでしたが、配慮は足りないと思いました。カード持ってる人なら問題はないかと思います。

説明が分かりやすかったので、ここで契約しました。待ち時間が有っても周辺に色々店が有るので、そんなに苦では無いと思います。

開店時間に電話をして「予約はなくとも対応します」と回答を受け、あらかじめ告げていた時間に来店すると「受付終了」と放置。シフト制で引き継ぎが不十分と想像がつく。

Great for the price, but they can't really help you to deal with a trouble. They're here to sell you stuff did they come to provide you any assistance. Instead they will proposed you too call assistance or online assistance.

very bad customer support service. when i applied for their service, everything was going well. But when asking for support how to cancel the contract, no one will help you. They simply said call the center.
