Shian - Seto

It is a set of seasonal vegetable tendon and soba noodles. It was delicious, but my companion chose I lost to the kakiage of sakura shrimp. There are few batters, and the sakura shrimp is crispy ~ ♪ I should have done it there!

By the way, today I went to the handmade soba restaurant "Shian" in front of Seto Kuramae. I've heard several times that the parking lot is always full ... I saw MINI with a VIP at the corner, but I can't do it with my car (laughs). However, this time I went aiming for the opening time. Even so, the exterior of the building is modern, isn't it? The parking lot is for 8 cars, and it's a corner lot in front of the store, so it's relatively easy to enter. But the width is not so wide, so I stopped at the side where the left door opens. I heard later that if the parking lot is full, you can park at the opposite Setogura. Well, it was free for an hour. The entrance is behind a tunnel-like approach. There is also an ashtray on the way. Immediately after entering, there is a counter and a kitchen, and a table seat on the right. The atmosphere is so modern that you can't think of it as a soba restaurant. I was guided to the left end of the counter seat. It's in front of the boiled kettle. Well, let's do it. I used to think that I ate sakura shrimp without fried kakiage, so I thought I should use duck soup because it's cold, but the set with seasonal tendon seems to be good. Please give me "Hina Tendon Tozaru @ 1870". Can you make a large serving of colander? I can't (´ ･ ω ･ `) It seems that I can add one later, so let's decide after eating. It's a pity that we can't serve alcohol because of the protection. Two people who cook in a flowing manner at the counter. No, I'm crazy about it. Soba soup, condiments and pickles came soon. The black liquid in a small cup is a bowl of soup. Tendon came first. Don and butterbur sprout, dust, broad beans, squid, and one more in the center, right? The texture is like the axis of asparagus. The bittersweetness of the wild plants and the sweet and spicy rice bowl soup matched and it was delicious. I didn't have enough rice, but ww The colander came around half the bowl. The colander of the set is 28. The color is light for a countryside soba. It feels good and delicious. Soba soup is sweet but has a refreshing aftertaste. Yeah, it's not enough (・ ω ・;) "Sorry, add 100%" 100% is new soba from Toyama prefecture. This time it was served on a Seto ware plate. Oh, obviously powerful! I'm so happy ╭ (･ ㅂ ･) و ̑ I can't stop squirming ww Soba hot water is a smooth type. The scent is solid. It was a treat. The additional 100% was ¥ 990. It's a little cold inside the store, isn't it? Maybe it's right at the entrance. The hot air from the kitchen kettle is flowing to my face and it's warm, but my feet are soothing.

The sakura shrimp kakiage is very delicious (^ ω ^) The plate is also seto ware and is wonderful. I changed the soba to 100% (+110 yen), but I didn't feel like 100% soba. Sobagaki zenzai has a mysterious texture that is different from chewy texture. The sweetness was moderately delicious (^ ω ^)

I visited without reservation around 11:30 on Sunday. Luckily the seats were vacant and I could sit without waiting. The inside of the store has a modern Japanese feel and is calm. I ordered Tenzaru soba. The crispy texture of the tempura garment was a little lacking, but I was happy with the two shrimp tempura. The companion made the sakura shrimp kakiage, but it was a little small kakiage. It was also ○ for me to be able to enjoy tempura with matcha salt. Niha for soba and soy sauce for soba soup didn't insist too much, and it suits my taste. And I'm glad that there was soba hot water and thickening. There was a menu called Shiotendon, and I was curious. I want to bother you again.

I visited for lunch. Since it's spring, I had a sakura shrimp kakiage soba lunch, and the kakiage was refreshingly delicious. Soba ordered 100%. I tasted it without adding tuyu, but I thought it didn't have much of the aroma peculiar to soba.
