t	thelittleprince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Afternoon Garden Pool Plan. Park Wing room was too hot, even with the air conditioner set at the lowest temperature. Very uncomfortable, but clean and well designed. Too few food options at the hotel creates a big inconvenience. With only two restaurants open and very few choices (and NO vegetarian options) we usually go elsewhere for food these days. We'd prefer to dine in the hotel, but again there are no attractive options, even the Sheraton shop has close to nothing. The buffet is convenient but not at all worth the price for vegetarians like myself. If you'd prefer to stay in the hotel, I would recommend bringing your own food, snacks, and drinks. We had tickets to the Garden Pool for the afternoon but wasted 20 to 25 minutes waiting in line to show our tickets and reserve chairs. Why not allow guests to check into the pool and show their tickets 30 minutes before opening time and let everyone enter at opening time? The pool is expensive and time is limited. Too much time was wasted simply taking our pool tickets. Pool was exciting though, cleaner than last year, very nice summer atmosphere, but again no vegetarian food options and a ¥3000 minimum for food and drink prevents us from ordering a single drink. Very disappointing.
C	Carmen Chan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buffet lunch at Grand cafe was great. Room service food was great and reasonably priced. Outdoor Garden pool was great. But indoor pool was the cloudiest (dirty) I’ve ever seen out of all of Japan’s resort hotel pools, community center, or school pools that I’ve been to so far (over 10).

Highly recommend their Pakko noodles (fried pork chop with bone) - it was very crunchy and surprised that it wasn’t salty and oily. Some small recommendations: - would be good to double check the water quality of the indoor pool. It was very cloudy and the visibility was only around 4-5 feet. Your good hotel deserves to be paired with better pool water :) - there’s a bug with the mobile key. When you get an extended checkout time (mines was 2PM), the mobile key still defaults anyways to stop working at the regular 12PM checkout time. - outdoor garden pool plays only one song on a continuous loop. It’s quite frustrating to hear the exact same song playing non-stop~~ felt like I was in some supermarket

You won’t have to leave the hotel for anything. Eat at one of the many top rated restaurants in Tokyo Bay. The Sheraton Club lounge is second to none compared to all the Bonvoy properties club lounge in Japan. A convenience store located inside the hotel has all your needs. The Oasis pool, spa, onsen, sauna has everything you need to melt all your worries away. The kids amusement center will keep your kids and your entire family occupied for the entire day. Need to wash off some clothes after a great sweat from their top rated gym? You’re just in luck as there is a coin operated laundry onsite. The courtyard, the outdoor water park, and the mini golf course is a perfect way to spend some time outside and get some sun and fresh air. The Sheraton Grand Tokyo Bay is a perfect place for a getaway for any type of traveler or travelers. Truly the most complete, welcoming, and Grand hotel in all of Japan.

J	JulieG on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked 4 nights at Sheraton Tokyo Bay! Called the hotel directly and they had Disney Package for 2 days and didn’t for the other 2 days. We also had to book 2 rooms for the package days with a family of 5 and no packages available in the family size room. Normally this would have been a huge hassle but the hotel was so great and moved our bags each day while we were out and about…even moved our things in the fridge! Club floor rooms were spacious, had mini fridges, offered coffee, bottled water, and toiletries including toothbrushes. The 12 floor rooms also included lounge access for our entire family which included breakfast and dinner! Our 2 rooms connected via inner door, and the 1 five bed room had 2 double beds and 3 twin beds…plenty of room! Kids enjoyed the indoor pool and arcade in the hotel! The location was amazing for Disney access…3-5 min walk to monorail station! All in all a great stay! Japanese service is second to none! We will be back!
t	thelittleprince on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited the Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay for the Halloween events and decorations, and reserved a Halloween Experience plan (includes breakfast, Oasis passes, and paring). Though my daughter enjoyed wearing her Halloween costume around the hotel, I was a little disappointed that there were so few Halloween photo spots (as advertised). There were a few in the lobby, but we could not find any in the garden as described in Sheraton Tokyo Bay's Instagram post. We did have an enjoyable time though. A bigger disappointment was the food options, especially vegetarian options at the hotel. The cafe (Tostina) and restaurant (Grand Cafe) were the only dining options. Tostina has very few options and nothing for vegetarians or children. The Grand Cafe buffet is nice, but is of little value to vegetarians. We have been forced to leave the hotel for dinner these days. Hopefully now that the state of emergency has ended they will consider adding more dining options as we would rather stay in the hotel for dinner. For those with young children, the Treasures play area, pool, and game center are quite convenient and enjoyable. The garden is also a fun spot. But again, the food options for children are extremely limited. I wish the hotel would put a little more thought into meals for children so we don't have to leave the hotel for meals.
M	Mark Hughes on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hotel! We also stayed at the Disney Ambassador, and the Sheraton was way better. We got the option to have breakfast included and it was a great breakfast buffet. It started off great at checkin, Gimmi was super nice and helpful. Oh and you can see Mt Fiji on a clear day.
