★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アークヒルズ仙石山森タワーの地下1階にある中華料理店。
地下1階といっても、ビルが坂に建っているため、神谷町から向かうと道路に面している。
以前、大阪本町にある大阪店に伺ったことがあるが、東京の本店は初めて。
桂花コースをコンタクトレス決済で予約の上、ディナーで訪問。
まず入店時に体温測定。受付がクロークになっておりコートを預かってもらえる。対応が丁寧で好感を持った。
店内はロイヤルブルーの色調で統一されており、特に壁に並べられた陶器製の竹が非常に美しい。
さて、料理だが、前菜からデザートまで、どれも素晴らしい。
まず、前菜のよだれ鶏四川風は本場の辛さではなく、日本人向けのマイルドな味付け。今日の料理に、間違いはないよと、囁いてくる。
器は統一感があって満足感が高い。
2品目のアボガドスープは、勝手に看板メニューだと思っているが、本当に美味しい。こんな旨いものをどうやって生み出したのだろう。加えて、中国茶器風の容器の茶色とアボガドの緑のコントラストが見事。これは本当に食べるべき一品。
3品目の北京ダックも皮の油がジューシーで旨い。ふと、北京の全聚徳で食べた折の、目の前でファイヤーさせていたド派手な演出を思い出した。
この辺りで既に腹が満たされてきた。
4品目の海老。これはとても辛い。大海老は尻尾まで綺麗に下処理が施してあり食べやすい。
この辛さで、また食欲が湧いてきた。
5品目は東坡肉(トンポーロー)。豚バラ肉の角煮。あの美味しんぼでも有名な、とにかく時間が掛かる料理。肉厚で柔らかい。蒸しパンに挟んで食べると美味しい。長崎で有名ですね。
この料理は器が一転して白。縁が平たい深皿で東坡肉の色と凄く合っている。この皿は良いなぁと思った。
既にメイン料理の風格。
6品目、メインのフカヒレそば。やっぱりフカヒレは、美味しいなぁ。この濃厚なスープには、紹興酒が入っているのだろうか?フカヒレにアワビ飯というのも美味しいが、支那そばも良いですね。
と言うことでお腹がいっぱい。
最後はデザート、苺のタピオカ、ナイスです。
ホールの方々は、目が行き届いていてワインを継ぎ足すタイミング含めストレスを感じさせない。この点も気持ちが良かった。
何から何まで満足。この場所、この内容でこの価格設定は破格の安さではないでしょうか。
ご馳走を食べて、楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。謝謝。
あと、コンタクトレス決済は良いですね。手ぶらで来られて便利です。

4 items of shrimp. This is very spicy. The big shrimp is easy to eat because the tail is cleanly prepared.
This spiciness gave me another appetite.
Five items are Dongpo pork. Kakuni pork belly. A dish that takes time anyway, which is also famous for that delicious shinbo. Thick and soft. It is delicious when eaten by sandwiching it in steamed bread. It's famous in Nagasaki.
This dish is white with the bowl turned around. It is a deep plate with a flat edge and matches the color of Dongpo pork very well. I thought this plate was good.

6 items, main shark fin soba. After all, shark fin is delicious. Does this rich soup contain Shaoxing wine? Shark fin and abalone rice are delicious, but Chinese noodles are also good.

The last is dessert, strawberry tapioca and nice.
The people in the hall are very careful and do not feel stressed, including the timing of adding wine. This point was also pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food it is quite decent, price for lunch it is reasonabke, quite atmosphere and good service. The chahan (fried rice) was the worst by far, overcooked and the flavour was meh. The avocado and crab soup was my favorite. Portions are the right size for japanese stomachs but we foreigners my want a little bit more.
I don't know if it is because we arrived a little bit late but all the food we got was served not very warm.
Service tea it lychee and it is quite good, we didn't order any drinks and we payed 8,000Y for two.
