結構食べたけどお会計が高くなかったのも良し◎

池下から移転してきた人気店♩?
日替わりランチもありますが、せっかくなのでコースで(￣▽￣)
シェフこだわりの小鍋コース1,680円
麻辣紅湯、山珍湯、美肌白湯の3種のスープに、
プラス300円してタレのセットを付けました^_^
タレがワゴンで登場して凄かった(￣▽￣)
レシピもあるので、その通りに作ると本格的ですごい美味しいタレの完成！！
わたしは、パクチー入れまくりました。
とっても太い春雨がモッチモチで美味しかった！！
お昼から、こんなに本格的な火鍋が食べられるのは嬉しいっっっ
個室もあるし良い雰囲気でした。

It was amazing that the sauce appeared in the wagon (￣ ▽ ￣)
There is also a recipe, so if you make it exactly, you will get a genuine and delicious sauce! !
I put a lot of Pakchi into it.
Very thick vermicelli was delicious and delicious! !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 火鍋ランチで訪問。3種類のスープはどれも抜群においしい。麻辣スープはレベル3(激辛)を選択。痺れる辛さが堪らない！日本人ウケする味わいながら、しっかり火鍋を味わえる。以前池下にあったらしいが、現在の栄の方がアクセス楽で頻繁に通えそう。難点は料理が出てくるのがやや遅め、たまに忘れてることがあるくらい(言えばすぐ出てくる)、入り口が手前の階段と奥のエレベーターの2ヶ所あることくらいでしょうか。美味しかったので再訪確定です。

小鍋ランチ1680円とドリンク100円をお願いしました。
とても美味しくて好きなのですが、今日は野菜しか運ばれてこず、火が消えてしまいました。
スープは煮詰まり味が濃くなってしまいました。
お肉は催促してやっときました。
火を入れてほしいとお願いしたらこれまた時間がかかっていつまでたっても食べられない。
次の約束があったので、デザートをお願いするもまたまた出てこない。
満席のような状態でしたが、ホールに女性がお一人でしたので無理もないかもしれませんが、美味しいものが美味しく食べられずに残念でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The broths were alright. For the spicy one I would have liked fewer peppercorns and more peppers for a more balanced spiciness, but overall I think it's a decent Chinese hot pot experience.
Meat = 5~6 slices each.
Side dishes were nice.
The one thing I was missing was the sauce that goes with the hot pot.
