上湯拉麺のスープは、以前のような透き通った味わいのあるスープでは無くなっており、麺も見た目、味とも業務用丸出しの麺になっていました…
一番の売りとも言える水餃子は、中身の餡が少なくなったように見え、もっちりとした皮の味わいは残っているものの完成度は落ちてしまったように感じました。
また改めて訪問し、今度は赤湯拉麺にもチャレンジしようかと思いますが、しばらく様子を見てからにしたいと思っています。以前のクオリティに復活してもらえることを期待しつつ…

11:50頃入店。
赤湯麺と焼餃子を注文。
焼きたての餃子は皮が厚めで調味料無しでも美味しいです。やや小さい。
麺は日本ではかなり珍しい味付け。
中国のスープっていう感じです。
塩気はハッキリしているものの、全体的にあっさりとしています。スープ表面には脂が浮いているものの、これも上品。
紅茶味玉がとにかく美味しかったです。
安く量が食べたい、
化学調味料の濃い味が好き、
という方には向いていないかもしれません。
麺と餃子で1430円。
ランチとしては高めですが、
納得のクオリティでした。

鶏の優しい味の伝わるラーメンスープがよかったです。おつまみ類もリーズナブルで仕事終わりに一杯呑むのにいいと思います
We had Shantan noodles and water dumplings.
The ramen soup with the gentle taste of chicken was good. The snacks are reasonable and I think it's good to have a cup at the end of work.

小皿料理が多いのも良い。
現金のみであることと、お酒の質はあまり良くないので注意は必要です

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三田・田町の飲食街にある中華屋さん。ランチどきに入ると、餃子とラーメンのセットメニューがある。二階席があり店内は狭くないが、一階はカウンターだけで8-10名ほど入れる。
水餃子を頼むと、皮の厚い餃子が出てきた。餃子のタレではなく、テーブルの辛味噌と酢をまぜたものをつけて食べる。皮がプリプリしておいしい、餃子の餡はあっさりな味でたくさん食べられそう。
ラーメンは鶏ダシベースの超アッサリ味で、ドンブリはミニサイズで供される。ラーメンをガッツリ食べたい場合は麺大盛りを一緒に注文したほうがいい。
ちょうどそんなにお腹が空いてなくて、コッテリ濃厚ガツンなラーメンよりも淡麗アッサリなラーメンを適量食べたかったのでピッタリだった。胃に優しい、脂っこくないのが食べたい場合はこちらはオススメ。
A Chinese restaurant in the Mita / Tamachi dining area. After lunch, there is a set menu of gyoza and ramen. There are seats on the second floor and the inside of the store is not small, but on the first floor there is only a counter for 8-10 people.
When asked for water dumplings, thick dumplings came out. Eat with a mixture of spicy miso and vinegar on the table instead of a dumpling sauce. The dumpling candy is delicious with a light skin taste.
The ramen is a chicken dashi-based super-assassin taste and the donburi is served in mini size. If you want to eat ramen noodles, you should order noodles together.
I wasn't hungry so much, and I wanted to eat a moderate amount of fresh noodles rather than rich noodles, so it was perfect. This is recommended if you want to eat something that is gentle on the stomach and not greasy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 「上湯半麺と水餃子セット」をいただきました。水餃子は酢と自家製トウバンジャンで食べて下さいって言われたのでその通りにして食べたらちょっと辛くし過ぎたけど充分おいしくてすぐにペロリと平らげてしまいました。上湯麺は鶏と金華ハムで出汁を採ってるらしいですが、さっぱりしているけどコクがあっておいしかったです。ハーフサイズだったのでスープまで全部完食していました。今度はフルサイズで食べてみようと思います。
I received "Kamiyu half noodles and dumplings set". I was told to eat dumplings with vinegar and homemade doubanjiang, so it was a little too spicy when I ate it as it was, but it was delicious enough and immediately flattened. It seems that the soup stock is made from chicken and Jinhua ham, but it was refreshing but rich and delicious. Since it was half size, I had eaten all the soup. Next time I will try to eat it in full size.
