T	Tosh H. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大門の中華屋さん。ホルモン系のメニューが気になったので来てみました～。コックさんもホールのお姉さんも中国人だけど、中国人がやってるいい加減なお店にありがちな不潔で油ベタベタとかそういうのはなくて、店内干浄でコロナ対策の仕切りあり、分煙もされています。お姉さんにメニューのホルモンラーメンとモツ麺・ホルモン丼とモツ丼の違いを尋ねたら、ホルモンはシロだけ・モツはシロとガツとハツが入っているとのことなので、モツ麺を注文。炒められたモツがゴロゴロ入ってる！これはモツ好きにはたまらない(笑) 見た目は真っ赤で辛そうだけど、唐辛子の炒め油だからそんなに辛くなくて食べ易い。ベースは清湯、辛味で判らなくなったけどちゃんとしたスープだと思う。ニンニクがっつり。麺は日式の凡庸な中華麺。煮込んで味付けされたガツとハツ。仄かに八角香る中国風味で美味しい～。中華定番のおつまみ、涼菜の卤猪肚と卤猪心が炒められてる。シロは卤煮処理されていなくて、まぁ普通のグミモツだったけど。掘っても掘ってもモツが出てきて、美味しいモツを堪能できたので大満足の一杯でした。これは絶対ビールだよねぇ(笑) セットでチャーハンとサラダと杏仁豆腐がついて来たけどチャーハンは作り置きだし、これはまぁあんまり。この辺りに来たら、また食べに来たいですね～。なんか面白そうな社長さんにも会ってお話を伺ってみたいですし。 A Chinese restaurant in Daimon.
