y	yuyuyu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約の時間より遅れてしまいこちらに非があるのは承知の上で、まず予約時間から2分過ぎて電話がきました。すぐに折返したがつながらず電話をきったくらいにお店に入り経緯を伝え、そのまま少し待って案内。が、いつものように時間が押していて待つこと数分。担当の遠藤先生がきて、ぐちぐちねちねち遅れてきたことを言われました。さすがに、来店時謝ってるし店側もすぐに施術スタートできず待たせているならそこまで言うことではないのかと伝えましたが『遅れてきたから時間が狂った』とのこと。結論、前の患者のスタートが遅れた上に延長したらしく私が時間通りに来てたとしても待たせる感じだったそう。【恐らく先生側の責任にされたくなかったのでしょう】ちゃんと予約枠を考えて案内しないのはどうかと思います。 1年以上週2ペースで通っていて、ほぼ今まで時間通りに行ってましたが待たされることがほとんど。【今回初めてですが→】それで遅れた時には困るだのしつこく言われる。時間通りに終わってくれるわけでもないのに… それでも1ヶ月自費込で2万弱かけて行ってましたが接客対応のクオリティの低さに驚きです。遅れたことは悪いことですが毎回待たせてるのも事実。言い方伝え方を考えるべきなのでは？二度と行くことはないです。 I was aware that there was something wrong here because it was later than the reservation time, so I got a call two minutes after the reservation time. H	Hiro U on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 約6年間お世話になっています。あくまで個人的ですが、お世辞抜きの正直な感想です。まず、何ヶ所も探しましたが、石神井公園駅近辺でこれ程の治療を受けれる整骨院はないと感じています。初めて行った時には、技術の高さにびっくりしました。どの先生でも手技は素晴らしいし、超音波・電気・ヘルストロン等も含め、昔の接骨院とかのイメージとは全く違います。また予約時間を過ぎた記憶はほとんどないです。ただ、新患さんが来た場合には多少の遅れはありますが、逆に自分が急遽怪我した時に予約外でも入れてもらってかなり助かった事もあります。どこでも時間通りにはいかないと思いますが、それに比べれば待ち時間にストレスは全くありません。私は50代ですが、しゃくじいホワイト整骨院に通い始めてから、50肩も全くなくなりました。とても感謝していますし、自信をもって、家族・知人に紹介できる整骨院だと思っています。ただ、今はかなり人気の整骨院ですので、時間帯によっては混みますので、基本的には事前に予約がおすすめです。補足ですが、他の口コミに書かれているような先生は今はもういません。確かに問題もあったのかもしれませんが、今のスタッフは全員が信頼できる方々ですので、私は満足以外は感じていません。どんな口コミも感じ方に個人差がありますので、1番は自分で確かめて感じて判断するしかないと思ってます。私はこれからも家族でお世話になりたいと思っています。 I have been indebted for about 6 years. However, since it is a very popular osteopath, it is crowded depending on the time of day, so reservations are recommended in advance.
