★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredibly good burgers at this restaurant. I wanted to try this place just out of curiosity and was really impressed. The quality of the ingredients just blew me away. The meat and bread especially were good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were tons of people inside but seating was still available. The lemonade of the day was really good.

What was wow was the service here, very lovely and friendly staff. 4 stars.
I found it strange they dont offer a set menu like every other burger place in the world... so everything needs to be purchased seperately.. the small fries are really small, get a large one instead
But its in a very nice building and area so theres that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing burger s as always... The menu is not extensive, and the regulars are all there. The one thing that amazes me is the consistency of the taste no matter where in the world you are.
The outlet is located inside Daimaru department store in Shinsaibashisuji on the ground floor and isn't hard to miss, as the bright neon sign shines brightly, beckoning one and all to come. Inside is a chic setting that’s comfortable and relaxing.
I had the Double Shackburger which left me full for the rest of the day! For vegetarians, get the Shroomburger. And don't miss the shakes as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually really impressed with the quality the most American (USA) tasting burger I've had in Japan! The shakes are thick and delicious and they also have concrete which I've never found anywhere else in Japan. Reccomend for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delicious, classic burgers! It's definitely not a fast food restaurant, so don't expect McDonald's service times. The Shack Stack that I got was very delicious, with a more refined flavor than the usual burger. The fried portobello mushroom was a very nice addition. The fries were nothing special, but the chicken looked really good so I wish I had gotten those as a side instead.

The restaurant is quite spacious and has a nice atmosphere - great music ?
The staff are very friendly and helpful - there is also an English menu available.
The burgers are definitely worth the wait - juicy, delicious and full of flavour. I added a portobello mushroom and wow ?!!! The French fries are average even with the cheese sauce added.
A good restaurant for burgers, but it’s a bit pricey for a meal set (burger, side and drink). The restaurant can get quite busy around lunch and dinner time.
I look forward to my next meal here - enjoy ?
