★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super love the ambiance of this fast food chain. It's in the cebter of namba walk, few minutes walk to level ground dotonbori. It's burger is one of the unique taste I've tried, they have cafes too. One thing I liked about this place is that it gives you freedom to talk with friends without any urge to finish because of long lines. It's peaceful and good view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had the worst experience in this location. Yesterday we’d like to order two sets, and the female clerk was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of being friendly and helpful regarding our general questions for the menu, she had the attitude and kept repeating herself without being of help whatsoever. Strongly recommend staying away from this one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is friendly and helpful if you don't speak Japanese. The burger is not the best I've had, but the fries and onion rings are really good. Not greasy or over fried like most places. The seating area is super clean with a station to was your hands.
