★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was really tired from all the shopping I did with my girlfriend (mostly me carrying things) and was ready to go home at this point to our Airbnb. But this restaurant caught my eye and I really wanted to go and try some authentic Shabu Shabu.
This place has such a classy environment and the staff is so welcoming and friendly. When I came here there is not much of a smoky smell as reported by others, and it’s definitely a place to bring children if you want them to have a cultural food experience.
The quality of meat they have is exceptional I had the wagyu beef set and my girlfriend got the mix pork and beef set. However the star of this meal is really their homemade special sesame sauce. Gives the meat a whole new dimension. They walk you through how to eat the meal which basically turns a pot of plain boiling water into a meaty broth which is used to make a bowl of udon at the end of the meal.
The experience is awesome, and what a way to finish the trip in Japan. Good food good service would visit this place again when I come back to Japan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered pork and beef combination (premium). The set comes with a plate of meat, vegetables and thick udon.
The pork is juicy and sweet and the beef to be honest is quite thin and hard to taste the flavour.
We ordered extra 2 dish of beef and pork which this yummy and thicker compare with the set.
Their waiter/waitress is so nice, polite and helpful!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for dinner, got a table easily even on a Saturday night. Food has high quality and staff is super friendly. Portions are not too big so you may need to bring more cash if you wanna be full.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great food , helpful staff. We went there the first time with 2 kids and ordered 2 jumbo mixed premium pork and beef set. The set comes with small shot of plum wine, vegetables , udon, and sorbet for dessert. The day after we ended up going again for more. The bills were around 10k JPY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food here is so overrated .. the soup is not ok because it’s just plain water. Although the pork is quite quality but when it is boiled in just water, it tastes normal. The sauce is too salty. The stuff was kind of busy and forgot the bowl and forgot to smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food is really good, service is excellent. I read that bad services is rendered to foreigners but that's not true. Maybe If you had receive bad services, you should do some self reflection. I have seen foreigners and locals receiving good services. I think you should give the eat all you can a miss unless you are big eater and you have to rotate your orders. 1 premium and 1 non premium so that you don't bankrupt the shop. Sometimes they can be a little slower as the meat are cut by order and sometimes they are so overwhelmed by orders so be a bit more forgiving if they forgot to smile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The meat are delicious. We have just taken a la carte instead of all you can eat. The meat are excellent and come with udon and ice cream. You don't need to cook the udon as it will be cooked by the staffs instead. There are a lot of customers there and the waiters are extremely busy, so you have to prepare a bit patient.

We had a look at both Japanese and non-Japanese menu, but then noticed different recommendation sets between them. We ordered the ¥2,800 sets of mixed (pork & beef) and premium beef only, id say the prior was better.
