その事について何も言葉を貰えませんでした( ˇωˇ )
I was supposed to have entered five minutes before the booked time but I was kept waiting for more than 30 minutes from the time I reserved.

落ち着いた雰囲気のとても良いお店です。
The prices for treatments and cleansing are reasonable, and both of the staff are kind and easy to talk to. Of course, when you're tired and don't want to talk, you'll be grateful for taking a nap.
It is a very good shop with a calm atmosphere.
