昔ながらの中華そばなのですが、しっかりした出汁に柔らかな醤油のスープと、硬めに茹でられた細麺の歯応えと喉越しに、ほっとため息をついてしまうような一杯
最近のラーメンたちが捨ててしまった、シンプルで古き良き味わいを今なお保ち続ける優れたラーメンです
 It ’s different from Onomichi ramen.
It's an old-fashioned Chinese soba, but with a firm soup, a soft soy sauce soup, and the chewy and throat of hard-boiled thin noodles, a cup that makes you sigh.
It is an excellent ramen that still retains the simple and good old taste that recent ramen have thrown away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上に乗ってる野菜炒めの量がすごい。腹パンパンです。もちろん美味しいかったです。味噌を頼んだのですが、あまり味噌っぽくないです。どちらかと言えばチャンポンです。
The amount of stir-fried vegetables on top is amazing. It's belly bread. Of course it was delicious. I ordered miso, but it doesn't look like miso. If anything, it's champon.

ニンニクラーメンと焼飯でスタミナ付けてしまなみツーリング後半に挑みました。
The light soy sauce soup goes well with the thin straight noodles, and it seems that there were many local customers.
I challenged the latter half of Shimanami Touring with stamina with garlic ramen and fried rice.

ただ、トイレは是非近くの瀬戸田港をご利用ください。和式ぼっとんなので。
