実家に帰ってきて、おふくろと一緒に久しぶりに訪問。
昼はゆうに過ぎてたのに、駐車場はいっぱいだったし、今やすっかり人気店です。
麺は私の大好きな「はせべ」のだし、まぁいわゆる尾道ラーメンなんだけど……
因島が尾道市になる前から、ここはこのラーメンだったから、尾道ラーメンって言ってよいのかしらねぇ。まぁ分類的には尾道ラーメンだから、よいか。
ここの背油は前から変わらず、柔らかいタイプで、これはこれで、懐かしい。
チャーハンとセットのラーメン定食にしたかったけど…
ずいぶん前に注文したとき、単品のラーメンとラーメンセットの麺が微妙に違う種類を使ってたので、定食はやめて、しっかり麺を味わってきました。
やっぱ旨いわ。

I came back to my parents' house and visited with my mother for the first time in a long time.
Even though it was past noon, the parking lot was full and it is now a popular shop.
Noodles are my favorite "Hasebe", so-called Onomichi ramen ...
Even before Innoshima became Onomichi City, this ramen was here, so I wonder if it can be called Onomichi ramen. Well, it's classified as Onomichi ramen, so is it okay?
The back oil here is the same as before and is a soft type, which is nostalgic.
I wanted to have a ramen set meal with fried rice ...
When I ordered it a long time ago, I used a slightly different type of ramen and ramen set noodles, so I stopped the set meal and tasted the noodles firmly.
After all it is delicious.

口コミ通りのおいしさです。
ラーメンは細目チヂレ、尾道ラーメンかな？
チャーハンはかなり美味しいと思います。
また、足を運びたいお店です。
Since I was on a business trip to Innoshima, I visited our shop where I was caught in a search.

It is as delicious as word of mouth.
Is the ramen fine-grained, Onomichi ramen?
I think the fried rice is quite delicious.
Also, it is a shop you want to visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 注文してからの着丼までは吉野家なみの速度。味わいのある出汁のきいたスープ。麺はストレートにするか平麺にするかは悩むところ。
The speed from ordering to donburi is similar to that of Yoshinoya. A soup with a delicious soup stock. I'm worried about whether to make the noodles straight or flat.

期待はしてなかったんですが、本格的なラーメン屋さんでとても美味しかった。
ラーメンのベースは尾道ラーメン、大きいチャーシューも美味い。
焼飯も美味い?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perfect place to stop for a meal for anyone taking the shimanami kaido cycle route! I would recommend ordering set C (gyoza, fried rice and ramen) or set A (gyoza and ramen)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove the bike from Onomichi station for more than 90mins and stopped here for lunch. This ramen is pure Onomichi style - soy source soup with pork fat - which is one of the best I’ve ever tasted.
You can choose only ramen or combo with fried rice (see the picture) or fried dumplings, both of which are also very tasty. As all dishes are not that big portion, I would recommend to order combo (A set or B set) to enjoy real Onomichi ramen.
The restaurant looks like a typical and old-good ramen restaurant in Japan where there are about 10 seats at the counter with 3 tables for groups (seat on the floor for about 4 people).
All dishes taste awesome and my family, including kids, really miss it. Those who bike Shimanami Kaidoust visit here and taste Onomichi ramen here. It surely will be a good energizer for you to travel remaining 50-60km!
