★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 葉月中盤戦でも35℃超、暑いのはもう飽きましたね。長らくBMしていた瀬戸町の「お好み焼かどや」さん、満を持して訪問です！ 不定休が多く振られ続けていましたが今日は緑の暖簾がはためいています！
店内は鉄板を中心に鍵の字型カウンター席オンリー、12時過ぎで先客1名さん、お好み焼きの他に日替わりやラーメン・焼き飯・オムレツ・夏季限定の冷やし中華等のラインナップを誇ります。
注文は焼きそば 大（550円）、お母さんが鉄板で時間を掛けて丁寧に焼いてくださいます。10分弱で完成、麺は二玉なのでかなりボリュームあります！！
麺は中細、ソースはオリジナルブレンドでしょうか、甘すぎず辛すぎずちょうど良い塩梅、キャベツ・豚肉もしっかり入って美味しい焼きそばでした！
お母さん手作りの干瓢煮（中身）が絶品、しっかり冷えて焼きそばの口直しに良かったです。次回は王道のそばモダンを頂きましょう^^

The store has a key-shaped counter seat only centered on an iron plate, one customer after 12 o'clock, and in addition to okonomiyaki, it boasts a lineup of daily specials such as ramen, fried rice, omelets, and summer-only chilled Chinese noodles.
The order is Yakisoba Dai (550 yen), and the mother will take the time to bake it carefully on an iron plate. Completed in less than 10 minutes, the noodles are two balls, so there is a lot of volume! !!
The noodles are medium-thin, and the sauce is an original blend. It was delicious yakisoba with salted plums, cabbage and pork that were just right, not too sweet and not too spicy!
The mother's handmade dried gourd (contents) was excellent, and it was good to cool the yakisoba. Next time, let's have a modern soba noodles on the royal road ^^
