ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 残暑厳しい8月終盤、瀬戸支所近くの昭和食堂三宅お好み焼店さんに伺いました。お好み焼きもされていますが、平日昼間は日替わり定食（550円）メインで営業されています。白のれんに黒字で”お食事処みやけ”．．．風情ありますね^^ 暖簾をくぐると鉄板＆カウンター席ありますが、そこを通り抜け座敷にあがります。高さの低い長テーブルには日替わりの小鉢が既に並べられています。支所や近隣のビジネスマン向け食堂になっているようです。あぐらで頂きますので何か親戚の家にお邪魔した雰囲気です！！今日のメインぶっかけうどん＆しらす丼、小鉢は天ぷらと冷奴、これで550円ですから格安ですね。うどんは硬質仕様で噛むとプツッと切れるタイプ、高品質ではありませんがぶっかけうどんには合うと思います。長芋・大根おろし・揚げ玉と具材は豪華、甘辛いめんつゆをぶっかけてワシワシ頂きました。しらす丼はしらすの他に昆布と梅干し・青ネギがのっています。醤油を少し掛けて頂くと口の中にしらすの甘さと昆布の旨味が広がります(・∀・) 天ぷら・冷奴も頂いてお腹満タン、昼のNHKニュースを近隣のビジネスマンと一緒に眺めながら暫しのんびりです ( ˘ω˘ )ﾎﾞ~ In the end of August when the summer heat was severe, we visited the Showa Shokudo Miyake Okonomiyaki restaurant near the Seto branch. Today's main bukkake udon & whitebait bowl and small bowl are tempura and cold fried rice, which is 550 yen, so it's cheap. Udon is a hard type that cuts sharply when chewed. It is not high quality, but I think it fits bukkake udon. The sweet potatoes, grated radish, fried balls and ingredients were gorgeous and sweet and spicy noodle soup. Shirasu-don has kelp, umeboshi and green onions in addition to whitebait. Sprinkle with a little soy sauce to spread the sweetness of shirasu in the mouth and the taste of kelp (・ ∀ ・) Tempura / cold man is also full, I am full of time, watching NHK news in the daytime with nearby businessmen (暫 ω˘)
