★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 業者の質が驚くほど低い。基本的に見えない部分は手を抜くようで、バレなきゃいいだろうという手抜きな仕事が多い。言われたことだけやる、見えないところは適当、問題点は見なかったことに。そんな下請け業者を使ってる。監督者不在なのでそんなのがまかり通る。ここにリフォームやエアコンの移設、水回りのトラブルなどを頼むのはやめたほうがいい。
