名前の通り胡麻が坦々麺のスープの表面にたっぷりで、コクがあって美味しい！
麺は博多ラーメンのような細麺ですが、のびのびにはならず食べられます。
胡麻の下に隠れるスープは辛すぎずコテコテではなくスッキリ飲みやすい。
このスープが絶品！麺や具を食べ終わった後も、上質な坦々スープとして全部飲み干せました。美味しい！
（その後、喉は渇きます）

As the name suggests, sesame is plentiful on the surface of the dandan noodle soup, and it is rich and delicious!
The noodles are thin noodles like Hakata Ramen, but they can be eaten without being stretched.
The soup hidden under the sesame seeds is not too spicy and is not stubborn and easy to drink.
This soup is excellent! Even after I finished eating the noodles and ingredients, I was able to drink all of them as a high-quality soup. delicious!

追加料金払って別皿に排骨を追加。
合計1350円とかなり予算オーバー（笑）
麺は極細麺でスープは繊細。
冬の昼に食べたくなる味です。
排骨は追加料金を払ってでも食べるべきです。
※次回から永年使える卵券が貰えます。

ちょっと遅めのランチとなるとラーメン屋かチェーン店しか選択肢がないが、ラーメンも飽きてきたという時は、やはりオーソドックスな店を選びたくなる。
最近は個性的な担々麺を出す店が多いが、当店は昔ながらの担々麺をベースに、トッピングで個性を出す感じだが、あえてノーマルで。
麺はストレート細麺、スープは塩味やや薄め、胡麻はしっかり、辛さはピリ辛、麻（痺れ）控えめ。担々麺には珍しくチャーシューが入っているが、トロトロ系で好み。絶品という程ではないが、たまにリピートしたくなる感じ。
担々麺とは関係ないが、Jazz好きな店主らしくBGMはJazz。アンプが真空管だったりそれなりの拘りがありそう。今度はパクチーとかトッピングを楽しんでみると評価も変わるかも？

Recently, there are many shops that serve unique dandan noodles, but our shop is based on traditional dandan noodles, and it seems to give out individuality with toppings, but it is normal.
The noodles are straight thin noodles, the soup is slightly salty, the sesame is firm, the spiciness is spicy, and the hemp (numbness) is modest. Dandan noodles rarely contain char siu, but I like it because it's a toro-toro type. It's not exquisite, but it feels like I want to repeat it once in a while.
Although it has nothing to do with dandan noodles, the BGM is Jazz, which seems to be a Jazz-loving shopkeeper. There seems to be some insistence that the amplifier is a vacuum tube. If you enjoy coriander and toppings this time, the evaluation may change.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming here (and original Hongo place) for 15+ years now. A huge fan. The master is such a kind soul. Food is unique, delicious and nutritious. Above all prices are so reasonable. Don’t think they have increased for more than 15 years. Amazing place to listen to jazz too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enjoyed a piping hot bowl of ramen in a soy broth with yuzu zest and plenty of garlic. The broth was quite special. Good gyoza, too! Great atmosphere: U-shaped counter and bossa nova on the stereo (the proprietor’s choice). Recommend for lunch.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t get enough of the ramen in Tokyo. The variety is just amazing. This place has more of a tan tan men. Sesame base broth that is just delectable. Try the yuzu ramen, nice and refreshing.
