N	N N on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 写真はイメージです、の典型な感じでした。特に、豚とろの炭火炙り焼きは、盛り付けもひどいですが、量もスカスカで、だいぶ写真と異なって見えます。添え物の野菜は焼きすぎで干からびてました。ステーキ（名前忘れました）に至っては、焼きすぎを通り越して、乾いた感じです。炒めもののチーズソースがけ（商品名忘れました）に付いているチーズ。希釈の調整間違ってましたね。ほぼお湯でした。店員さんにお話して代えてもらいましたが、それでも微妙でした。もしあれがマニュアル通りなら、再考していただきたいと思います。味が薄すぎます。メニューに「会長おすすめ」とあった記憶がありますが、、どうなんでしょうか。値段的には決して安いというわけではないので、できれば改善を図ってほしいところです。最後に、注文後に商品が品切れしているとのことで代替を頼んだのに、もとの注文がキャンセルされずに会計されたのは、よくありませんね。余談ですが、むねたたきねき香味だれ、はおいしかったですね。今後の改善に期待します。 The photo is an image, it was a typical feeling. N	Nankoh K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 関西から所用で東京まで行った時に利用させてもらいました。お料理はチェーン店としてはまずまずです。金額を考えると十分合格だと思います。それより店員さんの接客が良い。ここはスタッフの良さで星5つの価値があると思います。 I used it when I went from Kansai to Tokyo for business. The food is reasonable for a chain store. Considering the amount of money, I think it is a good pass. The customer service of the clerk is better than that. I think the staff here is worth 5 stars.
D	Dee Karsan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ok. 1st remember this is a chain izakaya, 2nd this is in a local town. Don’t expect amazing food etc. the service is good, well priced for the quality you receive. I was very happy especially as it’s been a while since going to an Izakaya. Went on a Monday and was empty so no worries about social distancing. I’ll go back as it local for me. Thumbs up. Next time Nomi-Hodai seems good value... lastly.. they have English menu on Tablet.. yay!!
