店員さんの元気がよく活気のある居酒屋。
接客が気持ち良い、素晴らしい。
メニューが豊富で毎回何を食べようか悩む。
まぁ刺し盛りはデフォで。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鰹と牡蠣、燻製をコンセプトにした北千住東口駅近くの居酒屋さん。看板メニューの藁焼きは鰹、ブリ、鳥があるが鰹と鳥をチョイス。生牡蠣は出汁醤油と出汁のジュレで。日本酒の種類も豊富で室内の雰囲気もいい。
何よりも藁焼きした鰹と鳥が抜群に旨い！！
これはいい店を見つけました(笑)
A tavern near Kitasenju Higashiguchi Station with the concept of salmon, oysters and smoked foods. There is salmon, yellowtail and birds, but there is a choice of salmon and birds. Raw oysters are juicing of soy sauce and miso soup. There are many types of sake and the indoor atmosphere is good.
Above all, grilled salmon and birds are delicious! !

店員さんも親切丁寧で気持ちの良い接客！
個人的には日本酒のレパートリーがもう少し欲しいと感じますが、それも料理が美味しかったからこその贅沢な要望かもしれません！
もう少しコスパの良いお店もあるので、価格も含めて星4つとさせて頂きました。
Both the gout hot pot and the bonito straw grill are insanely delicious.
The clerk is also kind, polite and pleasant customer service!
Personally, I feel that I want a little more sake repertoire, but that may be a luxury request because the food was delicious!
There are some shops with a little better cost performance, so I decided to give it 4 stars including the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約したら個室で従業員の応対も良かった。料理も美味しかったが、料理持って来てくれるたび取皿持って来てくれるのがうれしかった。牡蠣、トマトもキムチ、もんじゃ風サラダが美味しかった。
When I made a reservation, the staff was very nice in the private room. The food was delicious, but I was happy to bring a plate every time I brought it. The oysters, tomatoes, kimchi, and monja-style salad were delicious.

酒類は飲み放題なのでともかくとしてお料理のレベルは高いように感じます。
通風鍋は調理が難しいのでスタッフの方が全部面倒見てくれてホスピタリティの高さを感じました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My favorite izakaya restaurant. Food, service and ambience are excellent; the smoked bonito (くんせいかつお) alone is worth the visit. Location is easy--just behind the Kita-Senju Station. My wife (from Tokyo) gives thumbs up for the sashimi and sake selection.
