あ	あか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お肉の味は値段相応ですが、接客があまりに酷いです。全体的に愛想がないですが、店員さんがお水をこぼした（服とお肉にかなりかかった）のに謝罪の言葉がなく、お肉も交換されなかったことには驚きました。単価が高いお店は接客も良いだろうという固定観念を壊してくれるお店です。サイゼリヤやマクドナルド等のチェーン店の接客のすばらしさを実感できます。 The taste of the meat is reasonable, but the customer service is too bad. Overall, it's unfriendly, but I was surprised that the clerk spilled water (it took a lot of clothes and meat) but there was no apology and the meat wasn't exchanged. T	Takahiro N. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以下に書くことが無ければ、星5だった。一回目に利用したときのこと。肉の味つけに、タレ、味噌、塩胡椒があり、選べることを店員（若い女性）が説明せず、確認も無くタレでオーダーを通す。タレが不味い。以上。二回目の利用で、塩胡椒が選べることを知る。店員（アラサーに見える女性）に聞いたからわかったこと。メニューには記載は無い。ちなみに、塩胡椒で食べると旨い。なぜ、星1をつける店に二回も利用しているのか。それは、和牛カルビクッパと和牛カルビラーメンがとても旨いから。昼食にそれらを食べるためだけに利用した。店員に聞かなかったら、肉の味が選べることは知らないまま、不味いタレて肉を食わせるが和牛カルビのクッパとラーメンは最高な焼肉店という認識のままだったろう。ホールスタッフが駄目、記載不足の二点が無ければよかったのに。
