★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日体験してそのまま入会しました。施設内もキレイだしスタッフさんの対応もよき。感染対策もきちんとしています。
コロナ禍で1年半以上ヨガから離れていました。筋力も体幹も思っていた以上に弱くなっていてガックリ。でもホットヨガはやっぱり楽しい。イチから鍛え直します！
 I experienced it the other day and joined as it is. The inside of the facility is clean and the staff are very friendly. Infection control is also in place.
I've been away from yoga for over a year and a half because of the corona. My strength and trunk are weaker than I expected, and I'm disappointed. But hot yoga is still fun. I will retrain from the beginning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普段バタバタした生活を送っているので、通うのを躊躇していましたが、TVCMを観て、体験だけでも！と来てみました。
普段呼吸をこんなにゆっくり深くしていなかった！ことに気付きました。
体験した日の、肩こり、肩甲骨周り、むくみがとても良くなったので、入会を決めました！
これから、なりたい自分に近づけるように通いたいと思います。
施設もスタッフのみなさんの対応もとても良いです！！
I was hesitant to go because I usually live a fluttering life, but just watching a TV commercial and experiencing it! I came.
I didn't usually breathe so slowly and deeply! I noticed that.
On the day I experienced it, my stiff shoulders, shoulder blades, and swelling improved so much that I decided to join!
From now on, I would like to go closer to what I want to be.
The facilities and staff are very friendly! !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホットヨガというものが初めてだったので最後まで受けられるかとか不安だったんですけど、先生の説明も優しく丁寧で分かりやすかったので最後まで楽しみながらレッスンを受けれました！
It was my first time to do hot yoga, so I was worried that I would be able to take it until the end, but the teacher's explanation was kind, polite and easy to understand, so I enjoyed taking lessons until the end!

受付スタッフがとても親切で安心してレッスンを受けられました。ハードルもそこまで難しくなく、気持ちよくレッスンを受けられました。
設備がとても綺麗で、いろいろ融通も効きそうなので、通ってみることに(о´∀`о)
When I searched for various things to kill the waiting time for my child's cram school, I was attracted to hot yoga only for women and came to experience it.
The reception staff was very kind and I was able to take lessons with peace of mind. The hurdles were not that difficult, and I was able to take the lessons comfortably.
