岡	岡部鮎美 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前からお店には伺っていておそばが美味しいのは十分知っていましたが、うどんもとても美味しいという話しを聞いて今日はうどんを注文。うまい！！蕎麦屋なのにうどんもうまい！！きしめん風の平たいうどんはタレに良くからんで本当に美味しかった。お蕎麦に飽きたという方はぜひ試してほしい。ハマること間違いなしです。ふしみさんは老舗のお蕎麦屋さんなのにサラダ風うどんや、甘味（これも全て手作り）などにも積極的に取り組んでいて本当に素晴らしいなと思います。ご家族経営をされているようなので、話し合ってそれぞれの世代の良いとこ取りをされているのでしょうね。これからも新メニューに期待です。 I've been to the restaurant for a long time and knew that soba was delicious, but when I heard that udon was also very delicious, I ordered udon today. good! !! 有	有澤裕一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここの店の蕎麦信州や東北の蕎麦店程ではないが、はまずまずの合格点です。蕎麦自体は田舎蕎麦や山形蕎麦のような色が濃い固めの食感ではなく、更級系のような喉越しのいい食感です。個人的には蕎麦つゆがちょっと薄めで蕎麦の味を邪魔しない配慮かもしれませんが、ちょっと物足りなかった。蕎麦湯も出してくれるタイミングが早く、蕎麦を食べ終わって蕎麦湯を頂いた時は少しぬるくなっていたのが残念です。でも、ここの日本酒は各地の銘酒が揃っていて、一品もののメニューを肴に楽しむにはいいと思います。 It's not as good as the soba shops in Shinshu and Tohoku, but it's a decent passing score.
