シャワー室の足拭きマットが 変えられず 使い回し そこがちょっと衛生面でどうかと思います
昼間のヨガのおばちゃんたちは うるさいです おばちゃんなので仕方がないですね

いい先生ばかりで『ここが伸びるようになりましたね』など声をかけてくれるので、また頑張ろうと思える。
スタッフの皆さんも気さくで明るいのでまた行きたい！と思える。
大手にはない良さがある

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ヨガに今通っていますが、スタジオにはジアイーノが置かれていてしっかり換気もされるので安心してレッスンを受けています♪
ヨガの先生もとても優しい方ばかりで話しやすく、気になることあればなんでも答えてくれました！
これからも頑張って続けて通おうと思っています。
I'm attending yoga now, but I'm taking lessons with confidence because the studio has a diaino and it's well ventilated.
The yoga teachers were all very kind and easy to talk to, and they answered anything they were interested in!
I will continue to do my best to continue going.

タオル、室内着とお水があるので水筒だけ持っていけばよくて楽でした。
岩盤浴は隣の部屋で何か作業しているのか、たまにガンガンっと壁が鳴って他の人も驚いて起きていました。
シャワーはシャンプーなどは有りませんが、足拭きタオルは1人1枚使えるようになっています。
スタッフの方は親切でした。
I used the bedrock bath for 90 minutes with a coupon.
I had towels, indoor clothes and water, so it was easy to bring only a water bottle.
I wondered if the bedrock bath was working in the next room, and sometimes the wall rang and other people were surprised.
There is no shampoo in the shower, but you can use one foot towel for each person.
The staff was kind.

I've been doing hot yoga for about two years, and I've been doing it without catching a cold or getting rough, but since the store has closed, I tried this bedrock bath yoga. The big difference from hot yoga is the quality of sweat! I was surprised that my body was easy to move due to the smooth sweat! Teacher too

身体もあったまって軽くなりました。
呼吸も集中して出来て、普段浅いことを感じました。
関節も固い事など自分と向き合う時間がとれました。
I could do yoga in the bedrock bath and sweated a lot like a waterfall.
My body was warm and lighter.
I was able to concentrate on my breathing, and I felt that it was usually shallow.
I had time to face myself, such as having stiff joints.
