★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼のラーメン利用。メニューは塩ラーメン(800円)の１品に、私は鶏肉チャーシュー大盛(+200円)を注文。香りがとっても良い塩ラーメンで、強い塩味や甘味で片付けようという手抜きはなく、素材を楽しんでもらおうという丁寧な味わいのラーメンです。一口目での味は控えめなので、食べ進めても飽きてくることはありません。
夜は居酒屋で店内は酒ケースをひっくり返して椅子にするような設備で、肩肘はらない雰囲気が出てます。そういう中での上品な味付けのラーメンですから珍しい異空間となりました。
Use of ramen for lunch. The menu is one dish of salt ramen (800 yen), and I ordered chicken char siu Omori (+200 yen). It is a salty ramen with a very good scent. There is no necessity to clean up with a strong salty or sweet taste. The taste at the first bite is modest, so you won't get tired of eating it.
At night, the izakaya is a izakaya, and the inside of the store is like turning a liquor case over into a chair, giving it an atmosphere where your shoulders and elbows are not needed. Under such circumstances, it was an unusually different space because it was an elegantly flavored ramen.
