東北・関東地方では青森県内・新潟県内・福島県内・千葉県内3ヵ所・埼玉県内2ヵ所に工場を持ち、周辺地域の鶏卵を原料とする液卵を製造している。
基本的に工場周辺地域の鶏卵を加工している為、北海道・京都・兵庫・広島・岡山・佐賀・鹿児島工場での製造分は比較的安全性が高いと思われるが、規模の大きい食品製造業者は関東地方の工場で製造された液卵を使用している事が多い。
