★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付時間は16時30分まで。25分に伺うとコロナの影響で患者が少ない事もあるのでしょうが、受付・会計の広いカウンターに受付時間内にも関わらず人影がなし。奥の事務所らしき所に小窓があり、事務員は沢山居て受付から見える小窓に背中を向けて談笑に夢中。大声で呼んでも気付く事なく話し続ける。結局、受付終了時間間際(1分前)に別の所から男性の方がやって来て手続きをしてくれました。患者よりサボって自分達が楽しむ事を優先する人達なのでしょう。あの小窓は何の為？背中向けて座るなら必要無いですよ。他の方の口コミにもありましたが、受付・医療事務・会計の人達全ての能力が最低レベル。待っている患者が居なくても時間がかかるのが証明してます。仕方ないですよね。患者より自分達が楽をする事を優先する人達ですから。
せめて受付時間内はちゃんと仕事して下さいね。どうしても、奥でサボりたいならせめて呼び鈴を置いて下さい。
対面で対応する態度は悪くないと思うので、非常に残念ですね。
看護士さんはサバサバして、てきぱき動く良い方が多いです。先生は数人いらっしゃる場合は自分に合う合わないがあると思うので、もし気に入らないなら曜日、時間を変えて違う先生に診てもらうと良いでしょう。私の場合は話しも良く聞いてもらって、とても親切な先生なので非常に満足しています。

Perhaps they are people who prioritize what they enjoy by skipping over patients. What is that small window for? You don't need it if you sit with your back. As mentioned in the reviews of other people, the abilities of all receptionists, medical office staff, and accounting staff are at the lowest level. It proves that it takes time even if there are no patients waiting. It can't be helped. Because they are people who prioritize their comfort over their patients.
Please work properly during the reception hours at least. By all means, please put a doorbell in the back to make you want to skip.
It's a shame because I don't think the face-to-face attitude is bad.
There are many good nurses who are fluffy and move quickly. If there are several teachers, it may not suit you, so if you don't like it, it's a good idea to see a different teacher on different days and times. In my case, he listened to me well and I am very happy because he is a very kind teacher.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 父を見てもらいました。脳外科の渡部先生から、とてもよい説明を受けました。頭の病気は、身体が突然不自由になります。家族も本人も気が動転します。最小限のリスクと治療の説明は、たくさん聞いても頭に入るわけない状態の時だったので、感謝しかありません。よい病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 数ヶ月前、母が転倒し後頭部を強打したので救急車で搬送されたのがこちらの病院でした。検査の結果ただのムチ打ちと診断され痛み止めだけの処方で帰宅させられました。痛みは増すばかりで貰った薬も効かず次の日にも救急車を要請、別な病院にて首の骨が折れてるとの事でそのまま入院。そして8日後母は亡くなりました。。こちらの病院の誤診が母の死に関係してるのではないかと後悔しております。。。私は二度と行きたくないです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 酷い頭痛、めまい、倦怠感が仕事が出来なくなり、大きい病院に1週間入院。この病院での診断は「偏頭痛」。でも、自覚症状が絶対偏頭痛ではないと思い、セカンドオピニオンでこちらの先生を紹介して頂きました。疑いがかかった病名は「低髄液圧症候群」という、また症例が少ない病気で、宮城県では、こちらの先生しか治せないとの話でした。
受診（レントゲン、MRI）後、脳髄液漏出症と診断され、即入院、1週間後に「ブラッドパッチ」という、自分の血液を脊髄に注入し、髄液が漏れている穴を塞ぐ処置を受けました。
処置は凄く辛かったですが、処置後、３週間経過の現在頭痛は治まってます。このまま完治するのなら先生はゴッドハンドです。
入院中の看護師さん達がとても親切に対応してくれました。感謝しかありません☆彡ありがとうございました！
