ディナーで利用。
ガッツリ飲んで、ひとり5000円未満。
シークワーサーとビールのカクテル、シーサーガフがめっちゃ美味しかった。
野菜の彩りがとってもきれいなメニューが多いです。気持ちが高まります。
大麦とかヨーグルトを活用した腸の働きを活性化するようなメニューもありました。
日本酒もビールもワインもカクテルも、レパートリーはそれほど多くありませんが、
ここぞ！という厳選されたものが提供されます。
すっごくよかったのに、なぜか客足まばらで心配。
混雑してほしくないけど、この魅力を伝えたいなぁ。

小学校卒業式後のお祝いの食事会で利用させて頂きました。
子どもたちのコースターには、「そつぎょうおめでとう」のメッセージ、店内スクリーンでは、ご用意頂いたジブリやアナ雪のDVDを上映頂いたり、とてもホスピタリティの溢れるサービスを頂きました。
とても大好きなお店になりました。

鶏肉で、1,000円でした。
私は大食漢なので、量が物足らなかったのですが^^;
あまり動いていないので、逆にありがたかったです。
煮込みハンバーグが美味しそうだったので、次回はいただいてみたいと思います。
場所が若干分かりにくかったのですが、外階段でおりた地下1階にあります。

ネットで調べると代々木方面に向かうと飲食店があるようなので、そちらに向かう。
この店はビルの地階にある。
地下に降りて店が目に入る。
お洒落なカフェのような感じ。
店の方がどうぞと招いてくれたので店に入る。
店内に入ると、これは場違いだなと思った。
女性客が大半で、おっさんが一人で食べる店ではない。
それでもテーブル席に案内される。
ランチの説明も丁寧にしてくれる。
肉料理と魚料理の日替わりランチに加えてオムライスもある。
肉料理が鶏だったので、それをセレクト。
セルフのコーヒーを持ってくる。
コーヒーを飲みながら、ゆっくり店内を見ると、テーブルも含めかなりお洒落なデザイン。
夜ならデートにいいな、何て思っているとサラダが出てくる。
サラダを食べていると料理が出てきた。
料理もお洒落。
鶏肉は食感も良く美味しい。
何となくヘルシー。
ご飯は十穀米か五穀米かとにかくヘルシーなもので量も少なめ。
鶏を食べながら付け合わせの温野菜を食べ、ご飯を食べる。
食べれば食べるほど健康になる気がする。
ヘルシーでお洒落なランチ。
たまにはこういうランチもいいかな。
