富	富樫正樹 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素晴らしい！とっても小さなお店ですが、素敵なお店！店内に入る前…お店の扉から期待が高まります。ショーケースに並んで居るケーキ達は、とっても魅力的でかわいいケーキに美味しそうなケーキ、どれも素敵です。色々とケーキを選びました。注文後、店主が店奥へ行きケーキを仕込みから仕上げに… クリームの絞りやフルーツのカットなどを行い注文したケーキの出来上がりです。少しでもフレッシュなケーキを…という店主の思いやりを暖簾の奥に感じました。家に帰り、妻は味噌チーズケーキを選択妻に「普通のチーズケーキじゃ無いよー」と一言言ったら… 妻「んん？このチーズケーキは…？んんん…？味噌？味噌！味噌！甘さも控えめで良いね！美味しいよ!!」と喜んてで食べてくれました。私はブラッドオレンジタルトを食べて見てブラッドオレンジの果汁がみずみずしくフルーツの旨みを上手に活かしてケーキを作って入る感じでとても美味しかった。また、遊び心を持って作った「山男」や「むらちゃん」などは子供達の喜ぶ顔が想像出来る位に楽しい感じのケーキです。ケーキへの優しい愛情と思いやりが感じられるケーキや焼菓子等が店内いっぱいに広がっていて、とっても良いお店です。もっと早く知って置きたかった。ちなみに、小さなお店で店内も狭いので、先客が居る場合は、感染症対策も含めて、お互い配慮する様に心がけましょう。出張の合間を使い洋菓子店に行くのですが、女性一人で切り盛りして頑張っているお店で仕込み日等の関係で営業日が限られてますが自分のペースです頑張ってもらいたいです。
