タルトを店内で食べましたが生地がパリパリで とても美味しかったです。
次回はケーキを食べてみたいと思います。

若いシェフですが、味付けも最高で、昔ながらのケーキを払拭するものです。
バターケーキ時代が懐かしい気もするが、こういった若手が増えることで、日本の菓子作りも世界に認められるようになるはず！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のお昼に行ったのですがお目当てのモンブランとピスタチオのケーキはどちらも完売してました。他の方も書いてるようにお目当てがあるならオープン時に行かないと駄目みたいです。仕方なくクロワッサンを購入して帰りましたがとても美味しかったです。

谷地シュー
バター感じるカリカリのシューの中には、これでもかというほどたくさんのクリームが詰まっています。
このクリーム、トフィクリーム入りカスタードとのことで、とてもキャラメル強めのクリームでした！甘すぎず食べやすかったです。
今回は売り切れてたけど、次は絶対タンドレスっていうピスタチオのケーキ買いたいです?

注文してからクリームを詰めて頂けますので、生地はややパリッと感があります。
中のクリームは、カスタードではなく、ナッツのクリームでした。ナッツのクリームと言っても、独特な味がする訳ではなく自然な甘さで美味しかったです。
