★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 生まれた時から、ここの味噌・醤油で育った。全国の有名な味噌・醤油を使っても、いつもの味と何も変わらないと、ずっと思っていた。なんで、高い味噌を、美味しいと褒める人がたくさんいるのか、理解できなかった。普通の味だと思っていた。
ところが・・・
平成30年、第61回全国味噌品評会の赤色系辛口粒味噌部門で、「月山山吹 吟醸」が2位の食料産業局長賞を受けたと、驚きのニュース！！
やっぱり！！！ そういうことか！！！ やっと！ 分かってもらえて嬉しい限り。
この味噌をいつも配達してくれる人は、い明るく、真っ直ぐ！！ いつも元気！！！
次は、普通の味噌で1位になってください。
From the time I was born, I grew up with miso and soy sauce here. I've always thought that using famous miso and soy sauce from all over the country wouldn't change the taste. I couldn't understand why so many people praised expensive miso as delicious. I thought it was a normal taste.
However···
Surprising news that in 2018, "Gassan Yamabuki Ginjo" received the 2nd place Director of the Food Industry Bureau Award in the red dry grain miso section of the 61st National Miso Fair! !!
After all! !! !! Is that so! !! !! Finally! As long as you understand.
The person who always delivers this miso is bright and straight! !! Always fine! !! !!

濃いので牛乳で割ったりスムージーにしてもgood!

うちはいつもここの丸大豆醤油一択です。
芋煮も山形定番の〇〇十より、こっちで作った方が絶対美味い^^
近くにある昭和の香りがする人気ラーメン屋さんもこちらのお醤油を使っていると聞いた事があります。
Miso is delicious, but soy sauce is also fragrant and delicious! !!
We always choose the whole soy sauce here.
Imoni is definitely better to make here than Yamagata's classic OO10 ^^
I've heard that a popular ramen shop with a Showa scent nearby also uses this soy sauce.
