子供(幼児)の歩き方に不安があり受診したのですが、歩き方を見るためにわざわざ外の駐車場まで出てくださって丁寧に診てくださいました。診断は早く的確で、親にも子供にも優しいお気遣いをいただき、ただただ感謝です。
受付の方達も穏やかで、とてもいい病院です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 椎間板ヘルニアを患った際にお世話になりました。
他の整形外科では症状を伝えてもレントゲンをとって「姿勢の問題」「骨盤が炎症を起こしてる」という診断で気付けませんでしたが、こちらでは症状を伝えるとすぐにMRIの撮影の紹介をして頂き結果は重度のヘルニアでした。
その後の治療は紹介先のペインクリニックで行いましたが、賢明な判断をして頂き助かりました。
他の方のクチコミで「話を聞かない」とありましたがそんな事は感じませんでした。

混んでいましたが、子どもだったからか早めに診ていただき、的確で迅速な診察で大変良かったです。周りにも是非勧めたい。
ただ、頭ポンポンするのはちょっと…コロナ禍でもありますし、大人の患者にはしないことは子どもにもしないでいただきたいです。いくら医師でも、相手が子どもであっても、断りなく体に触れるのはちょっと…嫌な人もいますので…

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 医療事務の中に患者に対して攻撃的なご年配の方が1人います。他の医療事務の方はその人に許可を得ないと自分の意見を話すことも出来ない状況になっていると感じます。
以前確認したいことがあり電話した時、他の方が出て、その御局様に代わり最初の方に用件を話してあるにも関わらず「どういった用件ですか？」と強い言い方で言われ、「先程の方から伺ってないんですか」と聞くと「聞いてますよ」と言われました。どういうつもりで話しているのでしょうか。大変不愉快です。
受診した時、私が若い医療事務の方と話しているのにも関わらず、話すのを止めて若い方はわざわざ御局様に許可をとって仕事をしていました。
医療事務は立場的に病院の中では一番下であって、その中であの様な態度をとっているのはいかがなものかと思いますよ。

現代は平等でやるのが正しいのかわかりませんが、病院の中で全員平等というのは無いと思っています。仕事に対する慣れがあるのかもしれませんが、医療としてこういうのは良くないと思います。
小林院長の言う平等は医師同士はわかりますが、医療事務はあくまでも事務であって平等とはいえません。先生方の指示があっての上で行うものだと思います。
私たち家族はそちらの整形外科は生活圏内でこの先もずっとお世話になるかもしれません。成城周辺でも他の整形外科ではなく、今までお世話になっているこちらにこれからも行きたいという気持ちがあるのです。
良い関係でいたいと思っているのに、どうして医療事務の方から一方的に拒否されないといけないのでしょうか。とても残念です。
様々な職種がある中で受付の方が好まない職業なのかもしれません。それでも他の方と同じ患者であることは変わりません。もしそちらが平等で仕事をしているのであれば、私たち患者に対しても平等でいてほしいと思っています。
これからも何か怪我をした時には伺いたいと思っていますのでよろしくお願いいたします。
