U	U S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチに訪れて三元豚のロースとヒレを注文しました。平田牧場のロースとヒレは以前から好きでしたが、こちらのお店で食べたのは初めてです。やはり平牧のロースはしつこくない脂なので、最後まで美味しくいただけました。ヒレも揚げ方かと切り方が直営店で食べた時とちがいましたが、想像以上に柔らかく美味しかったです。ごはん、味噌汁、キャベツがおかわり自由でした。味噌汁も適当な味噌汁ではなく、しっかりと具もたくさん入っていて美味しかったです。ただ、キャベツにつけるドレッシングのクオリティは少し低いかなと感じました。丁寧な接客でとても居心地が良かったです。 I visited for lunch and ordered the loin and fillet of Sangen pork. I've always liked Hirata Farm's loin and fillet, but this is the first time I've eaten it at this restaurant. After all, Hirata's loin is a non-persistent fat, so it was delicious until the end. The way to fry and cut the fillet was different from when I ate it at a directly managed store, but it was softer and tastier than I had imagined. Rice, miso soup, and cabbage were free to refill. The miso soup wasn't the right miso soup, and it was delicious because it contained a lot of ingredients. However, I felt that the quality of the dressing attached to the cabbage was a little low. Cabbage, rice and miso soup can be refilled. For rice, you can choose between white rice mixed with 10% brown rice and white rice.
