先日初めて食事に行きました。
お寿司自体はとても美味しく満足でしたが
頼んだ商品が1点売り切れとタッチパネルに表示されたので
食べたかったな、残念だな。と思っていました。
お会計の時お皿を数えると思ったので
色毎に重ねて待っていたら伝票を持ってきて
レジまでお願いします！と、、、
お皿にチップがついてるわけでもなさそうなのに
何で届いた物が分かるの？？と思って念のためお皿を数えたら
1皿多く計上されてる、、、
まさかの売り切れで運ばれて来なかった商品が
普通に伝票に入ってました、、、
私は実際のお皿を数えたから気付いたけど
普通に気付かないで支払ってる人もいるんじゃないでしょうか、、
しかもそれをホールのスタッフさんに伝えたときの
対応？話し方？が不快に感じる対応でした。
忙しいからなのか元々の話し方の癖なのか分かりませんが語尾を伸ばす謝罪の仕方は本当に辞めた方がいいと思いますよ。
お寿司は美味しかったのに残念です。

また、イワナが泳ぐ水槽があったり、落ち着いた雰囲気で高級感がある。
タッチパネルで注文してから、手元に届くまでに時間がかかるのは残念。
ちなみに・・・
当たり前だが、一皿¥100の店よりも３倍くらいのお金が必要。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味噌汁以外は美味しかったです。他の寿司はネタが大きく脂ものっていて最高だったので 味噌汁が残念です。
他は全然問題ないです値段は高いのですが気持ちよく食べれます。残念だったのが 隣の人が飲み物を倒したのですが それを無視して通りすぎた女性店員が なんだかなぁーって思いました。店内に響き渡るほどの音だったのに 知らん顔はないかなぁーって思います。
It was delicious except for miso soup. Miso soup is disappointing because the other sushi was the best because the ingredients were big and greasy.
Others are no problem at all. The price is high, but you can eat it comfortably. It was a pity that the next person knocked down the drink, but I wondered if there was a female clerk who ignored it and passed by. 北海道人のびっくりの鮮度とネタの迫力。またタッチパネルもコロナ前から導入されていて、頼みやすい❗️❗️（回転寿司だからこそタッチパネルが良いと思う）
またまたお酒もこだわりの品々が揃っており、ウイスキー好きな自分的にはいろんなロックやらハイボールを楽しませていただき非常に満足でした。
…… ただ小市民にはちょーーっと高いかな笑笑

大ぶりなネタで満足出来るお店です。デザートやあら汁もおいしいです。値段なりにおいしいという印象です。
店頭にですが、当店はお時間頂きます、という旨の事が書かれていましたが、実際1回のオーダーで10分ほど待つ時があります。ゆっくりお寿司を味わうお店だと思います。
