４号線上りからしか入れません
宮城トヨタ横の側道から入りますが
側道の入口過ぎてもスズキのディーラーからも
入れるので大丈夫です
４号線下り、盛岡方面はお好み焼き本舗と
宮城トヨタの交差点をUターンする必要があります
