つけ麺食べました。 麺は美味しい。 でも、つけ汁は、煮干しのえぐみが強く全くダメ。ちょっと勘違いしてる。残して無言の抗議すれば良かった。 あと、豚営業の時、店主が男性従業員に怒り散らしていて、見てて気分悪い。それは、客の見えないところでやってよ。市原の〇〇からの店主に似ちゃったね。

濃厚煮干しつけめん、900円。 まずい!の一言。 煮干しの頭と内蔵を集めて凝縮したような苦味、エグみがドロドロになったすごいつけ汁。とても食えたものじゃない。 初めてまずいと思うラーメンを食べた。 分厚いチャーシューと麺は美味かったがつけ汁がマズすぎる‥ 煮干しラーメンで有名な「凪」のラーメンは大好きだが、ここのは苦味、エグみがすごすぎて食えたもんじゃない‥ 煮干しの苦味、エグみが好きな人(そんな人いる?)はうまいと思うのかもしれないけど、普通の人はこのラーメンうまいと思わないだろう。 評価が高い店だから、もしかしたら中華そばはうまいのかもしれないけど、濃厚煮干しつけ麺は絶対やめたほうがいい。

ラーメンは少し(かなり?)苦かった、 お酢が置いてあるので少し入れるとマイルドに。 連れが頼んだつけ麺はかなり苦かったらしく、煮干しは嫌いじゃ無いけど無理と言ってた。 煮干し上級者向けの一品。

12/6、シャッターズ! 突然お店を明け渡してから約10ヶ月。あの方がついに再始動ということでお邪魔しに~ 開店20分前に着いたら…。なんと大行列!!( ; ロ)゚ ゚。名だたる方々も沢山いらっしゃっていて、皆さん情報を掴んでいらっしゃること~。最後尾に接続して、開店時は約40人以上はいたか? 定刻になり、店主は登場せず静かに開店~。ジュンジュンに店内へ。約一時間ほどで店内昇格。入って右手にある券売機に向かい、メニューを閲覧? この時は二種のみだったが、どちらも魅力的で非常に悩んだ挙げ句に中華そばを購入~。スタッフの方に渡して案内された席に腰おろし~。 久方ぶりにお会いする店主やこの日応援に来ていたすーさんに色々やられながら待っていたところにスタッフより降臨(^_^) トッピングは青ネギは適量で彩りなど効果的!玉葱はしっかりと刻まれていて、程よい量で薬味の務めを果たして良し!海苔はデンと構えていて良し!お肉は今回はプレということで特製スタイルでの提供。鶏も豚も柔らかでしっかり旨味が伝わるもので旨し! スープは今回は師匠より希少な煮干しを頂いて使用しているとのこと。オリーブ煮干しは旨味の響き方がなんと福よかなこと!終始旨味の洪水となって全身を襲ってくる!この演出が出来るのもしっかり教わっているからこそのもの! 麺はストレートの細麺。加水率低めのものはぱっつんとして良し!のど越しはするりとスムーズで良し!絡み吸い付きはしっかり吸い上げて乗ってというもので良し!麺量は150gくらいで適量。間違いないもの! さすがのものに腕前で衰えることなくハイレベルなものを出しているなあと感心させられる!本オープンはまだ不明だが、屋号がなくても人気店になることまちがいなしだろう!とりあえず祝開店‼️

前回は中華そば(煮干し)をいただきましたので、今回は濃厚煮干しつけ麺を。 こんな濃厚な煮干し味わったことがないと言うくらい濃厚な煮干しのつけ汁。麺、チャーシューも美味しく。煮干ラーにらたまらない一杯です。 煮干しが好きではない、煮干しは嫌いと言う人は食べない方が良い一杯です。
